Dear valued customer,
I am writing to let you know that my business, Tri-Rom Industries, became a division of Hartley and Co. earlier this year in advance of my planned retirement. The new owner, Luke Hartley, is keen to ensure that he maintains the goodwill and strong customer base by working hard to keep existing customers happy. With Luke, I found a buyer who really appreciates the business, understands how to operate it properly, and is keen and capable of developing its future potential.
I would like to thank my customers and their families for their support over the past years. I’m confident that you are in good hands with Luke and the team at Hartley & Co. I am grateful for your customer loyalty and business.
I will be staying on through a transition period to ensure a smooth handover of the business to Luke and the Hartley and Co. team. Going forward, the business will operate as Hartley and Co. with Tri-Rom as a subsidiary division.
No major changes are planned for the business in the short term. The new owner, Luke Hartley, will be seeking customer feedback to identify how additional customer value can be created.
Yours truly,
Dennis Rombough
