Rated at 97% AFUE, this GE furnace turns almost all of the gas it burns into heat for your home, so very little goes up the flue. Two stages of heat let it run long and low through most of the winter instead of blasting on and off, which is what removes the cold spots and the temperature swings. The constant-torque blower uses a fraction of the electricity of the older single-speed motors it replaces, and runs noticeably quieter. Sized at 90,000 BTU/h input.
