Most heating and cooling failures give months of warning to somebody who knows what to listen for. A maintenance visit is that somebody. We inspect and service furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, air conditioners and ductless systems across Greater Kamloops, on equipment we installed and equipment we did not, and we tell you plainly what we found rather than handing over a checklist nobody reads.
Annual Heating Inspection
The heating inspection is the one worth booking before the weather turns. We check the heat exchanger, the burners, the ignition, the venting and the gas connections, test for gas leaks and carbon monoxide, service the blower and the filter, and confirm the furnace or boiler is reaching its rated performance. Anything we find gets explained and priced rather than fixed unannounced.

Cooling and Heat Pump Tune Ups
Cooling equipment loses capacity quietly. A slow refrigerant leak, a coil packed with dust and wildfire smoke residue, a loose electrical connection, none of it announces itself until the hottest week of the year. On a heat pump we also check the reversing valve and the defrost cycle, because that system works year round and has twice as much to go wrong.
Gas Safety Checks
Carbon monoxide has no smell and a cracked heat exchanger gives no warning from the hallway. Our technicians are Class B gas fitters certified by Technical Safety BC, and the gas side of the inspection is not an add on. If we find something unsafe we will tell you at the time, in plain language, along with what has to happen next.

Commercial Maintenance
Shops, offices, restaurants and small industrial buildings run their equipment harder and notice a failure faster. We set a visit schedule around your operating hours, keep the rooftop units, make up air and refrigeration on the same rotation, and keep a record of what was done so the next technician is not starting from scratch.
